  • See how much weight is put on the security and confidentiality of your premises.
  • Always pay attention to previous client feedback – they’re the best indication of the company’s track record. This can also let you know what chances they have of staying afloat on the market.
  • Find out if they can help you in obtaining buy-in – this can help make things much smoother.
  • See if the company is willing to listen to your plans and expectations. Are the prices clear? Do they have experience in your specific field? How well a company communicates with their clients is integral when it comes to making the end result the best it can be.

#2 Contact the companies on your shortlist

Once you’ve narrowed down your potential shopfitters to a shortlist, it’s time to set up interviews. This step evaluates whether the planned furniture and other elements will fit in by fitting them into the working space before actually fixing them in their place. #5 Make sure the company you’re considering is in it for the long run

Even if your shopfitter meets all of your requirements until this stage, that doesn’t mean much until they are willing to work with you for years to come. After all, it’s not just about installing the furniture – it’s about regular upkeep to make sure that your fitout lasts for a long time. Make sure your shopfitter is in it for the long haul.
