Whether it is a commercial or residential project, interiors should be cosy and useful. But creating your ideal space is often full of aches and pains, all the more so if you do not have a clear vision of what you want. At Buildeo, we don’t expect you to have a ready plan. Instead, we are here to help you, guide you and take the hassle of the design process.

Our design services cover architectural design, interior design, refurbishment and project management. At each stage of the process we make sure that the project is directed with as little disruption as possible, so that you can get on with your business as normal. And for an extra piece of mind, each project is looked after the director, Jakub Piórkowski, himself to give you the benefit of his expertise, experience and attention to detail.

What if there is furniture or finish I am unhappy with?

Our priority is your complete satisfaction with the end result. If you are not happy with something, we will do everything in our professional capabilities to resolve the problem.

What stages will my design project go through?

Your design project will go though five stages:

- Initial meeting, when we get to know your needs;
- Design Development, when we draw a space plan for your review;
- Submitting Construction Documents, when we draft and submit all the necessary documents;
- Installation, when we work on your project, coordinate the installation of furnishings and accessories;
- Project Completion, when we discuss the care and maintenance of your new finishes

I have strong ideas about how I want my interior to look. Will you try to change my mind?

We may suggest other alternative solutions and explain why they could work better, but ultimately the decision is yours. We will try to find solutions to fit in with your likes rather than try to change them.
