We understand how important a new home is for our clients and for some of them it may be their first and the last residential construction project. This is why we take our responsibility very seriously, providing advice on design options, materials, an outline of the project complexity, and possible costs. We want to give you the security your house is in the safest hands possible.

We work collaboratively with leading architects and designers on the one end and the client on the other end in order to faithfully interpret visions to the very last detail. FAQ

I have my own custom plan. Can you give me a price to build it?

Yes, we can estimate the cost of your residential project and build a house based on the ready plans, given they are approved by council and comply with the laws.

What if I need to make a change or want to upgrade something in my project during the construction?

In order to address your needs we will provide you with a Change Order and a new estimate if there are costs associated with the change. This, however, depends on what your request entails and what stage we are at in the building process.

Who will acquire permits for our build and keep track of government requirements?

Buildeo has a dedicated department that stays in communication with the relevant government departments concerning building requirements and codes. We will keep you informed of any changes that need to be made.
